A very smart and finely carved pair of George III mahogany Gainsborough armchairs, the arched, upholstered backs leading down to the serpentine arms with leaf-carved clasps and scroll terminals. The serpentine fronted seats raised on moulded tapering legs with flared feet; united by H form stretchers. Upholstered in calico ready for top cover, which we would be very happy to arrange on your behalf.
