Pair of Antique Imari Porcelain Vase Lamps

A fine pair of imari vase lamps of baluster shape with twin handles in the form of crouching foo dogs. The bodies decorated with circular panels with birds of prey perched on a fence; the necks decorated with scenes of mount Fuji against a ground of overlapping mon symbols in red and blue heightened with gilding.
Now converted to lamps with gilt-wood bases, solid brass fittings and silk braided flex. These lamps can be wired in our workshop for use in any country. Please ask for images after conversion.
