Pair of Spode Chinoiserie Porcelain Serpent Vases

the globular bodies painted in the Kakiemon famille verte palette with exotic birds standing beside ornamental fences and flowering branches, the tall necks with further long-tailed birds in flight, each vase applied with two tall serpent ear-handles,  with very old stapled repairs to one neck.
